Less is More - Challenge 95 - Recipe

Hi everyone - no I haven't disappeared off the planet but have been really busy getting ready for a craft fair last weekend, plus we are still decorating and things are in a state of chaos to say the least!!!  I've also been working on a very hush, hush project which will be unveiled mid-December.  Haha, got you thinking now haven't I?  lol  I missed joining in the fun at Less is More last week but was determined to make a card for the current challenge which is:

Challenge 95
For the recipe this week, we'd like you to include
Glamour and Glitz
By that we mean something to include glitter or bling, something that twinkles, sparkles or shines.

Hmmm, now what shall I do...... get out the glitter, use my Stickles; what a choice.  In the end I did none of that.  Instead I decided to use my Shimmer Sheetz which have a wonderful metallic oil on water look, in conjunction with my latest Stampin Up punch called Elegant Butterfly.  I made up a DL card blank from some Anna-Marie pearl card and scored some diagonal lines using my Stampin Up Simply Scored board.  I punched the butterflies out of five different but co-ordinating pieces of Shimmer Sheetz and added them on the diagonal lines.  I've added gems to all of them and as a finishing touch got out my Liquid Pearls to add a trail between each of them.

Thanks for visiting - don't forget to stop by tomorrow for the latest Addicted to CAS challenge.
