Without further ado here is my card. Must admit I scratched my head over this one as I don't have too much related to teenagers but then remembered I had these fab Mo Manning toppers called "Best Friends" from The Hobby House.
I've used a 6" square card blank and scored it to make a twisted easel. Matted the topper onto some silver holographic card and then some blue and white heart card. This was attached to the fold on the easel card. The sentiment is a freebie (which I thought fitted the bill very well) from melonheadz. The die I've used for this card is Spellbinders Labels 1.
